The eurobrandforum Bucharest took place on June 17th, 2014 in Ghika Palace in Bucharest. The forum was presented by the European Brand Institute together with PostMaster and the Austrian Embassy in Romania. The forum focused on value creation through dialogue and analyzed the value and development of brands.
The start of the eurobrandforum Bucharest 2014 was marked by the welcome speech and introductory remarks of H.E. Dr. Michael Schwarzinger, the Ambassador of Austria to Romania, as well as KR DI Dr. Gerhard Hrebicek, President of the European Brand Institute, who started the discussion with the topic “Brands and IP assets for growth”. The first part of the forum continued with keynotes from Prof. Teo Teaha, Managing Director Teaha Management Consulting explaining the “Relevance of brands for balance sheets and financial success” and Felix Tataru, Vice President IAA Worldwide focusing on value creating brand communication.
The second part showed best practice cases on dialogue for value creation, such as the direct mailing of the Austrian Post Group presented by Mag. Claus Renner, Sales & Marketing Director CEE Austrian Post Group and examples from Premio Travel, coradrive.ro and PostMaster.
Over 60 participants, from e.g. Kapsch, Vienna Insurance Group, Wienerberger, Banca Comerciala Romana, Qualysoft, Daikin, Verbund and GMP Group took an active part at this year’s forum in Ghika Palace, which was followed by a cocktail reception.
